Pastor Greg Adams and his wife, Tina have been in ministry for over 40 years. The first thirty-five years the focus of their ministry was teens and young adults; first in Georgia and then in the Portland Metro area. They accepted the call to Fossil in 2018. They love the rural life and the new ministry God has called them to. The Adams’ have four grown daughters and thirteen grandchildren.

First Baptist Church of Fossil began in 1885 as the ministry of a circuit riding preacher. The church has been making a difference in Wheeler County and around the world ever since. Fossil, Oregon is a small town with a big heart and we would like to invite you to join us in person or on-line for any of our services.
We are an independent Baptist church with a focus on reaching our community and the world with the saving gospel of Jesus Christ.
